Flood

The rain came down and the flood came up................ part of a song we used to sing in sunday school class when I was little. Here is what the rain did to us in the last few days. The water is normally behind the trees and down a slope. We have a Fox lake now instead of river!

Rain Rain go Away

Well I've made it through today. I was out in Watertown earlier and let me say there were tornados spoted all around us but we managed the scrape through with just LOTS and LOTS of rain. Rain is necessiary though to make our flowers grow and let me tell you that mine are in full bloom out on my patio!

Speaking of flowers, you need to check out this months catalog sneak peak FRESH CUT stamp set and matching flower notes!

There are so many cute ideas that I've seen with this set already I have to have it too!

If you purchase the stamp set (21.95) you get a chance to purcahse one pack of the flower cards for $5, additional cards are $8.95.

Here are some of the ideas I've seen!

Doesn't that make you want it!! Call or email me to order!

Tool Time

TOOL
TIME

The first Tuesday of everymonth will be devoted to a favorite tool of mine! Today's tool is the crop-a-dile. If you don't own one of these babies, I'm sorry. You need to call you nearest Stampin' Up Demo and get it on order. There are so many things that you can do with it from punching holes to setting grommets to making dimples or warts. This punches through paper, tin, plastic, cds, thin wood, chip board and more!

This is a crop-a-dile. There are many different places you can purchase one but all work pretty much the same. They take less force then a stapler to punch holes or put in eyelets! No more pounding or waking up those neighbors when your working on some last minute cards!

This is the front of the tool where all of your work will be done. On each side is a hole punch one for smaller eyelets and then one for the large size. The middle jaws we'll call them is where you do the eyelets. The black pegs turn and adjust to the size or kind of eyelet you are doing.

This is a picture of the side of the crop-a-dile up close. There is a measuring area and a guide you can put into place so all your holes line up exactly!

It is very easy to use and doesn't take up my storage space!!!

If you need more reasons why to buy this tool take a look at these samples. All done with a crop a dile.
On this card the crop a dile was used to line up the brads perfectly

The crop a dile was used to punch holes

yeah can we say it punched through a tin bucket! Adding accessories (eyelets) to this bucket really spices it up.

In the month of June receive TWO free containers of brads with a purchase of a crop-a-dile.

I know you want one!!
